I wanted to record our delight and satisfaction with everything to do with our installation which works beautifully, is saving us money, easy to operate, and giving us a cosy house with loads of hot water.

Our all new system includes under floor and radiator heating, a large heat store tank, wood burning boiler stove, condensing  Viessmann LPG boiler which is very thrifty and  Viessmann  solar panel.  The control system was  carefully considered and installed to fulfil our particular needs.

What I really want to say to anyone reading this on the web is how great this firm is to deal with, right from my initial inquiry onwards.  The attention to detail and technical expertise on a complex installation, and personal attention, friendliness and flexibility  was quite outstanding  and at very competitive prices. As a keen amateur I was also very impressed with the neatness of pipe runs and layout etc.

However, this latter is now irrelevant, because, in future, quite simply, we just wouldn't ask anyone else in to tender because we have found the best in Hugh Evans and Latent Heat.

My darling wife is particularly happy because she literally can wander about in beach wear or negligee if she wants to when the thermostat is turned up a little!

Hugh - you will definitely be getting an invite to the house warming when we get to that stage!.
